Homepage Configured FAQ
The FAQ homepage is designed to maximise user experience by offering optimum ease. An instant search box appears on the Knowledge Base page, which requires the user to type in characters to search for questions.
Queries are grouped into such categories. How many questions are identified by administrators in a section. To read all questions or click on the question for answers, clients can click on the heading.
FAQ sections that are SEO-friendly
Admins may adjust URLs to search engines for each query page, the question category page, or the FAQ homepage. It is even more user-friendly so URLs can be read more personally.
In addition, for each query or the FAQ page admins will set and edit meta title and meta definition. This therefore leads to the optimization of search engines.
Categories of Query
Frequently asked questions are listed in various categories displayed in the search box. The number of current questions is displayed by each group title.
Admins will also choose an image and location for the backend category and select which questions are permissible for each category.
Responses can also be viewed or obscured and consumers may click on Read more in order to link to the FAQ page for more answers.

The FAQ homepage has a beautifully displayed instant search box. Depending on admin's setup, clients are able to search questions by typing one or several characters.
On the backend you can set the colour of the search title.
Customization of the design
Admins can determine by configuration how the FAQ pages look. You may set theme colour on the background, while some features such as: name or email will be displayed.
Admins will show just a few words or a reaction instead of the whole one. Responses may be collapsible or displayed as default.
