Description
Vendor Management
Vendors can upload a CSV with details like country code, zip range, price, and weight range under 'Manage Shipping' to manage shipping easily.
After an order is placed, vendors can view 'Quantity Sold' in their 'Product List' and generate an invoice by clicking the figure.
- Vendors can upload table tax rates via a CSV file.
- Vendors can define custom sub-method names for Table Rate Shipping.

Super Shipping Methods
Both admin and vendors have the capability to create "Super Shipping Methods" for customers. In cases where multiple shipping methods are available to a customer, the Super Shipping Method will take priority, provided the "Superset Shipping Priority" option is enabled in the plugin configuration.
Shipping SuperSet List
- Define cart price ranges (minimum and maximum).
- Assign a name to each shipping method.
- Choose between free or fixed shipping as the Super Set type.
- Set the cost for each shipping method.
- Edit or delete existing Super Shipping Sets.
- Admins can create Super Shipping Sets for vendors.

Benefits for Buyers
This extension allows vendors to offer Table Rate Shipping to their customers. Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on a CSV file uploaded by the vendor, which includes factors such as weight, postal code, region, country, state, and more.
The selected shipping method will be available to buyers during checkout, provided their shipping address matches the criteria set by the vendor in the CSV file (such as zip code, country, and weight).
Configuration
To configure the Magento 2 Multi Vendor Table Rate Shipping extension, log into Magento 2 admin panel, and go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > Delivery Method., and configure the following settings for the extension:
Mavenbird Multivendor Table Rate Shipping Detail: Enable, Title, Applicable Countries, Specific Countries
- Enable Extension: Option to enable or disable the shipping method.
- Title: Label that will be displayed on the frontend.
- Ship to Applicable Countries: Dropdown to select countries where shipping is applicable.
- Ship to Specific Countries: List of countries to which shipping can be specifically configured.
Mavenbird Multivendor Table Rate Shipping Detail: No Vendor Rates Error, Distance-wise Shipping, Distance Unit
- If vendor rates are not available: Option to select how to handle situations where shipping rates are unavailable.
- Displayed Error Message: Custom error message displayed to users when shipping rates are not available.
- Enabled Distance-wise Shipping: Option to enable or disable distance-based shipping calculations.
- Distance Unit: Unit of measurement for distance (e.g., kilometers).
Table Rate Shipping Manager
To manage shipping rates, navigate to Multivendor Management > Table Rate Shipping Manager.
In this section, admins can view and manage table rate shipping values. Existing shipping rates can be deleted, and new rates can be added through a CSV file. To add a new shipping rate, click on Add Shipping, and a new page will open as shown in the image below.
Admins can configure shipping method names and assign specific shipping rates to products as needed.
Super Shipping Set Manager
To add new shipping set go to Multivendor Management > Table Rate Shipping Manager > Multivendor Super Shipping Set Manager.
After clicking the Add New Shipping Set, the admin needs to fill in the following details for the new shipping set:
- Price From: Set the minimum price of the cart to use this shipping set.
- Price To: Set the maximum price of the cart for this shipping set.
- Method Name: Enter the shipping method name for this set.
- Select Vendor: Either select the vendor name or the admin.
- Shipping Type: Select Fixed option to enter the shipping price, else select Free option to allow free shipping.
- Price: Set the shipping method price for this set.
Shipping By Distance
To add new rule go to Multivendor Management > Table Rate Shipping Manager > Shipping By Distance.
In order to create a new rule, the admin clicks on the Add New Rule button & on the next screen can easily create a new shipping distance-wise rule.
- The price range of cart from & to on which the shipping is applied.
- The distance range from & to which is applied as per the distance from the vendor or admin origin.
- The Shipping Method Name.
- Select the admin or vendor for which the rule is made.
- Shipping price that is applied when the customer chooses the method.
