Vendor Credits

Vendors can set credit point values, define rules, and manage their ‘My Credit Manager Rules,’ including amounts, date ranges, and point allocations.

• Vendors can enter the "Price per Credit Point."
• Vendors can define the "From" and "To" dates for the credit points.
• Vendors can specify the number of credit points associated with each credit rule.
• Vendors can select the credit rule to which the credit points will apply.
• Vendors have the option to delete any existing credit rule from “My Credit Manager Rules.”

Vendors can establish three types of credit rules to allocate credit points to their customers. Customers will receive credit points based on these specified rules:

• Credit points are awarded based on the total sales amount. The vendor determines a specific sales threshold for credit allocation.
• Credit points are granted according to the specific price of an individual product. The vendor defines the amount associated with the product price.
• Credit points are assigned for a specific product selected by the vendor, allowing targeted credit allocation.

• Enable Extension: This option allows the administrator to enable or disable the vendor credits manager functionality.

The admin can view credit amounts associated with customer orders and access detailed vendor credit information in a grid format:

• The admin can examine vendor credit details, including product ID, vendor name, status, customer name, and number of credits.
• The admin can identify the type of transactions (credit or debit) within the vendor credit details.
• The admin can review the credit description for each vendor's transaction.
• The admin can verify the "Credited Amount" by referencing the corresponding customer order ID.
• Vendor credit details are presented in a convenient grid for easy management.
