Job Description
As a Business Development Associate, you will be a key player in identifying new business opportunities, driving lead generation, and supporting the sales team to achieve company growth targets. This full-time remote role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team, collaborate with various departments, and contribute to the overall business strategy and success of MavenBird Technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research potential clients and markets through online channels, networking, and industry events to identify new opportunities.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with leads via email, phone, and in-person meetings to build relationships and explore business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to help shape business development strategies.
- Sales Support: Assist in the creation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Work with the sales team to help close deals and meet targets.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic partnerships that enhance company offerings and market position.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and clients in the company’s CRM system.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activity, client engagements, and business development performance for senior management.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
- Experience in the e-commerce or technology industry is preferred.
