Extension Upgrade & Support Policy

Paid extensions include one year of free support and updates from the date of purchase. Support includes bug fixes and updates but excludes:

• Compatibility checks with other third-party software or Magento versions
• Installation or configuration of purchased products
• Issues caused by incorrect installation or customization
• Customized modules or themes (only 1-month free support)
• Magento performance tuning or optimization
• Third-party consultations or conflicts
• Major version upgrades involving structural changes

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All software, extensions, content, and services are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited. All source code, designs, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Mavenbird.

License

You may use our products for personal or business purposes in compliance with these terms. You must not:

• Republish or distribute content without written consent
• Sell, rent, or sublicense our software
• Copy or duplicate source code or materials
• Redistribute products without authorization

Email Address & Communication

You must provide a valid email address for communication. Using corporate emails is recommended; free email accounts may take longer to verify. By using our services, you agree to receive transactional and service-related emails or RCS notifications.

Product Downloads

Purchased products are available for download after successful payment verification. If download issues occur, please verify your payment status with your payment provider or contact Mavenbird support.

Payment Terms

Payments must be made in full before product downloads or service access. Accepted payment gateways include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Invoices are generated automatically after successful transactions.

Refund Policy

Mavenbird offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on fresh extension purchases. Refund requests must include your order ID and registered email. Refunds are processed within seven business days. For full details, please review our Refund Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Account Management

As per Indian IT Act, 2000 and EU GDPR, you may request deletion of your account by contacting Mavenbird support. Once deleted, your data will not be recoverable.
