At Mavenbird, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read the terms below carefully.

Overview

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and dependable support. If you encounter any issue with one of our extensions, contact our support team and we will assist you. We provide free support for 1 year. Refund requests are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date for purchases made directly through our website.

Refund Terms

You are not eligible for a refund under any of the conditions below, even for a fresh purchase:

  1. Purchase channel: This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly on https://mavenbird.com.
  2. Evaluation or non-use: Refunds are not granted if you simply decide not to use the extension or if it was purchased for evaluation/testing. Please review the product Description, Screenshots, Live Demo and User Guide before purchasing.
  3. Time limit: Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date are not valid.
  4. Support first: You must contact our support team before requesting a refund. Provide detailed information about the issue or bug so we can investigate. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
  5. Third-party conflicts: Refunds will not be issued for problems caused by conflicts with third-party extensions or themes. We can provide paid support to resolve such conflicts.
  6. No support requested: If the extension does not work as claimed but you never contacted us for help, a refund will not be approved.
  7. Single refund: Only one refund is permitted per extension purchase.
  8. Non-refundable services: Fees paid for installation, support, or custom development services are non-refundable.
  9. Promotional purchases: Buying an extension right before a sale or promotion is not a reason for a refund.
  10. Marketplace purchases: If you purchased via the Magento Marketplace, please follow their refund process and contact Magento Marketplace support.
  11. Agreement violations: Refunds will not be granted if there is a violation of our Terms & Conditions or License Agreement.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our Customer Support Center and provide your order details. Our specialists will verify the order, validate refund eligibility against the terms above, and process the refund if approved.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). The refunded amount should appear in your account within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Important Post‑Refund Conditions

By accepting a refund, you agree to the following:

  • Remove the refunded extension(s) from your website/store.
  • Do not redistribute, modify, resell, rent, lease, or lend the extension.

Mavenbird reserves the right to monitor compliance and take appropriate action if these conditions are violated.
