Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business while managing key accounts to maximize retention and growth
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present forecasts to senior management
  • Use CRM to manage pipeline, document activity, and improve forecast accuracy
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract closures with attention to margin
  • Coach, mentor, and coordinate with junior sales representatives and cross-functional teams
  • Identify market trends and provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-5 years of sales experience with demonstrated target achievement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and sales analytics
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with local Ahmedabad market and regional sales dynamics is a plus
